About Us

Wynand Art Koch is a qualified Anthropologist, Building Biologist, and Feng Shui Consultant, as well as a certified Ikigai Life Coach and accredited South African Cultural Tour Guide.

He spent 23 years living in Taiwan, where he immersed himself in the rich traditions of Feng Shui and the internal arts of Qigong and Taiji. During this time, he earned professional qualifications in Feng Shui and Building Biology, and studied intensively under Master Wu, a renowned Taijiguan practitioner based in Taipei.

Prior to his time in Taiwan, Wynand conducted anthropological research on South American Shamanism, working closely with Ayahuasqueros in the Peruvian Amazon. His work in this field led to the publication of several articles exploring the healing and spiritual uses of ayahuasca in indigenous communities.

Now based in Cape Town, South Africa, Wynand offers a unique blend of services that include Self-Drive Camping and Glamping Experiences, Ikigai Boot Camps, Ikigai Coaching, Feng Shui Consultations and Green Interior Design. He continues to return regularly to Taiwan to deepen his practice and leads specialized Taichi Tours for those seeking to explore more about the ancient practice of Qigong and Taijiguan.
